Iron RX provides structured, evidence-based strength and conditioning for athletes of all ages and disciplines. Our athlete training is led by Doctors of Physical Therapy who understand both performance demands and injury risk.
We believe the weight room is where athletes build general physical qualities that support sport performance. Training should develop strength, power, speed, and resilience so athletes can perform at a high level while staying healthy year-round.
